Restaurant Manager

Since September 2024 I have been the Restaurant Manager of restaurant Salt. in Porvoo. I am responsible for the operational management and development of the service operations, leading and managing the service team.

Service Design

As an experienced Service Designer I specialise in enhancing existing products and services and creating innovative new concepts, seamlessly integrating customer needs with business goals. I am skilled in comprehensive research using both qualitative and quantitative methods, customer profiling, target audience identification, market reviewing, benchmarking, and competitive analysis. I excel in developing and testing prototypes, crafting detailed customer journeys, designing robust business models, and conceptualising creative solutions. I am familiar with wide range of processes, tools, and methods, and effectively combine them for the best results for each customer case.

 

Most recently I developed a hotel room concept for Hotel Haaga Central Park with a team of four.

Customer Experience

I have extensive experience in customer experience serving both B2B and B2C sectors. As an Experience Designer, I prioritise human outcomes and focus on the experiences of individuals. My approach emphasises the relevance of the experience to their specific context and needs, and the level of satisfaction and engagement customers derive from the product, service, or experience.

With a deep understanding of every detail of the customer journey and customer service processes throughout the entire customer experience lifecycle, I am skilled at identifying customer needs and painpoints, collecting and analysing data, and transforming insights into actionable plans. I organise and manage complex series of interactions across both digital and physical environments. 

​

Experience Designers recognise that people encounter various experiences all the time, whether related to customer experience, user experience, visitor experience, employee experience, or applicant experience. We design for all these interactions, as well as understand and create concepts for experiences that are distinct economic offerings, such as amusement parks.​

Event Management

I have broad experience in planning and organising events related to music and culture, working collaboratively in diverse teams to create engaging content, detailed schedules, and manage every aspect. My responsibilities span from being Stage Manager where I oversaw artists and performances, to building and dismantling festival areas, including decorations, fences, tents, sound systems, and stages, to ticket sales, coat check services, and managing restaurant areas. 

 

One notable project was planning an immersive experience for a B2B event together with the team, where the main speaker was a Joseph II Pine, pioneer of Experience Economy.

UX/UI Design

As the world becomes increasingly digital, I expanded my expertise to UX/UI design in 2022.  Since then, I have designed and developed numerous websites, seamlessly integrating my understanding of customer experience with my passion for visual creation.

​

I create paper wireframes, sitemaps and low-fidelity prototypes, and use Figma for high-fidelity prototypes and designs. While I am most proficient in building websites with Wix, I am open to learning platforms like Webflow, WordPress and others.

 

My current strength lies in desktop views and websites, but I am eager to further develop my skills in both UX and UI design, including crafting designs for applications.

Marketing and Branding

My marketing experience spans a wide range of responsibilities, from assisting with tasks to being the marketing manager. I have developed digital marketing and campaign plans, created engaging content, written copy and blog posts. My expertise includes social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, managing digital screens, as well as creating advertisements and posters. I have handled translations, proofreading, and subtitling for videos and produced brochures, business cards, roll-ups and stickers for printing. My branding work includes developing brand and employer brand strategies, creating brand books, enhancing brand awareness, and managing brand apparel. 

 

My approach to branding and marketing is strategic, aligning with business goals while creating engaging content for customers. As a designer, I understand customer needs and emotions, and I excel at crafting visually appealing content that attracts interest and maintains a good flow.  

​

One notable achievement is reaching 300 000 organic impressions on Facebook for Viaporin Kekri, and contributing to a record-breaking number of event visitors that year. The event received the prestigious Evento Awards prize Future Event Creators and was in top three finalist in Consumer Event category.
