Over the past decade, I have navigated through different industries, absorbing the nuances of each and building my comprehensive understanding of business. My strength is in the service industry, but my experience ranges from hospitality, culture, and well-being to high tech manufacturing and IT, each adding a new layer of depth to my expertise. This mix of experiences allows me to approach design with a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of various fields.

I am fascinated by human mind, behaviour and outcomes. The wants, needs, expectations, pains and frustrations, and how different factors influence the experience of a person throughout the customer journey. The level of satisfaction and engagement the customer derives from a product, service, or experience, and the relevance of the experience to their context and needs.
As a highly sensitive individual, I have a unique talent for understanding human emotions and the underlying reasons behind them.
I notice even the smallest details and nuances that others might overlook, which greatly enhances my design process. My analytical skills, organisational abilities, and problem-solving mindset, combined with excellent planning, time management, communication, and collaboration skills, allow me to see the big picture while attending to every detail.
In addition to my design expertise, I have extensive experience in event management, branding, marketing, and UX/UI design.
I have developed brand strategies and engaging content that aligns with business objectives and enhances customer experience. My love for visual design drives me to create aesthetically pleasing and impactful designs. I have crafted advertisements, posters, marketing materials, websites, and interior décor, continually seeking to refine my visual and graphic design skills. As the world is increasingly digital, I expanded my expertise to UX/UI design in 2022. Since then, I have designed and developed numerous websites, seamlessly blending my understanding of customer experience with my love for visual creation. I am eager to further develop my skills in both UX and UI design.
